How I coach

I offer an initial twelve week program customized to meet your needs.

This includes my review of your initial intake package,  weekly one hour phone sessions,  co-created field work designed to develop new ways of being, accountability and support for breakdowns in learning as well as acknowledgment of successes.

I may also employ customized guided visualizations, meditations, and distance Reiki and Qigong as well as recommend  flower essences,  and essential oils.   These are recommendations are designed to facilitate gentle lasting change and are employed at the client’s discretion.   All energy work including, distance Reiki, meditations and visualization exercises are included in program.

Our coaching space is sacred space.  All sessions are confidential.    I have no agenda except honoring your agenda.  We "dance" in the moment.  New insight and awareness develops as a result of our work and lasting change is the result.  All coaching sessions are authentic and spontaneous… this is not one size fits all coaching… this is your life!
